We are located on Highway 89A right next to Reese's Tire and Automotive in beautiful Cottonwood, AZ. Elevation of 3268 feet which makes for a comfortable year round location.

Our motto is "We pamper our campers" and we do. It is our pleasure to help make your stay with us as pleasant and memorable as possible.

We have clean showers a lounge building, and an on site laundry.

Long Term Monthly Sites- Most sites have privacy fences.

We are pet friendly but the limit is 2 small pets under (25 lbs.) please.

We are located 17 miles from Sedona in the Verde Valley.

We have a Fry's, Safeway, Wal-Mart and other stores, all within walking distance of our RV Park.

The Verde River is less than 1/4 mile East of our RV Park.
